If the plugin is not visible

Start with reversible, general checks rather than deleting project files or installing a copy from elsewhere:

  • Confirm Studio is signed in to the same account used on Creator Store.
  • Reopen the official asset page and confirm it is shown as acquired for that account.
  • Restart Studio once, then check the Plugins tab again.
  • Check Studio’s plugin management UI for a disabled entry, but do not change unrelated plugins.
  • If the asset page or account state is unclear, use Roblox support or the developer’s linked community channel. Community replies are not guaranteed fixes.
